The Team Power Group Wellness Program, administered by HealthCheck 360°, combines self-collected information with biometric measurements to give Teammates an objective view of their health risks and links those factors to lifestyle choices.
This information will be shared with Teammates in the form of an individual report, and a level of health will be expressed by a HealthCheck 360° score. The information attained is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone at Team Fishel. Telephonic healthcoaching is available throughout the year to identify risk factors and develop a plan to improve and optimize Teammates’ health.
