Team Power Group provides the opportunity to participate in a 401(k) retirement savings plan to all Teammates 21 years of age and older. You will be able to participate in the program on the first day of the month after you have worked at Team Power Group for two months.
The 401(k) is self-directed and a variety of funds are available from which to choose. These funds cover different investment styles from stable value (conservative) to growth. You are always 100% vested in your contributions. You will be 100% vested in any company contributions after earning three Years of Service.
